Our subscription is £25 a month.
Single month boxes are £27.50.

The monthly boxes go live on our site on the 1st of every month.
Subscribers are billed on the 1st of the month, with their boxes being dispatched on the 12th of every month.
Any orders made after the 11th will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
That's absolutely fine. One-off boxes are £27.50 on our site.

This differs each month. You get to support and discover indie businesses and receive amazing discount on your beauty purchases.
Each box is guaranteed to be worth over £50 every month, so you're saving at least 50%.
Every product that we feautre has ingredients on the packaging. We advise all of our customers to asses the ingredients prior to using. We advise a patch test 48 hours before using the products to avoid any pesky reactions.
Every product featured in The Indy Box has been tried, tested and loved by us. We never want to feature a dud product in the boxes but, everyone's skin is different - which is why we encourage the patch test.
Every month you'll receive a different range of products. This ranges from
- skincare
- haircare
- cosmetics
- bodycare
- beauty tools/accessories
You will receive 5 products every month ranging from full size to luxury travel size. There will also e added extras from time to time; you deserve the treat!
Nope! No hidden costs. Just the pirce of our box and shipping, which is £3.20 flat rate.
You won't be charged anything else throughout the month. Don't worry!
Of course. You can cancel your subscription through your customer portal at any time. You can also email us over at info@theindybox.com. Please note, the cut off is the 20th of the month. Any cancellations made after the 20th, you will receive your final month then your subscription will be cancelled.
You can always com back whenever you want. We would miss you too much.
We accept returns within 14 days. Drop us an email at rebecca@theindybox.com and we will provide you with a return address. After this period we will not accept refunds.
We will only accept your refund if all products in the box are unopened, unused and have all the seals and outer packaging still intact.
Please note, we do not pay for return postage, it's fine to send it back via standard postal services, but please keep a copy of your receipt/proof of postage, in the unfortunate event that your box doesn't reach us.
No problem. If you need to change your address or card details etc. log into your customer portal and change these. If not drop us an email at rebecca@theindybox.com
Unfortunately, at this moment in time we are unable to ship internationally. This is something that we're working on and we will update you in due course.
